We are fortunate to have them with us again this year in this initiative, significantly enhancing the range of Fiskars pruning tools that we are using for the opening and total restoration of the great Pindus Trail crossing, Pindus Trail with a total network length of 860 km.
Years ago through a like-minded friend from abroad we discovered Fiskars, the old pruning tool manufacturer founded in Finland in 1649, and since then a new compatible way of pruning for our big project has been revealed.
Before it came to our country we were looking for ways to obtain them piece by piece, because after much trial and error we found that they were the only tools capable of handling the complexity of our mission.
Respecting every good effort made in this world, and the reliability that Fiskars tools have offered us to date, we feel it is our duty to share our experience and assert that they are by far the best we have gotten our hands on in the last 15 years of pruning forest trails and our outdoor spaces.
They are lightweight for long-distance transportation, ergonomic, efficient, durable, but also elegant, everything one needs to work in the forest with surgical precision, enabling cutting at the right spot serving the rapid healing of the plant, and other forestry-type advantages not visible to the naked eye.

Vector is the representative of Fiskars in Greece and we were destined to meet each other, which helped us in our arduous task, as mountain trails have been hermetically closed for decades and the task of drilling and finishing is really a demanding process, which in this case will take years.
Vector`s act of solidarity is registered in the annals of trail restoration as the field team attempts the hardest thing man has had to do to date to keep the trails of our great mountain range and their history alive!
